Interarch Building Solutions Board Approves Q2 FY27 Unaudited Results

Interarch Building Solutions Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on November 4, 2026. The Board approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Key management changes were also approved: Ms. Sonali Bhagwati Dalal resigned as Chairperson but will continue as Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Arvind Nanda has been elevated from Managing Director to Whole-Time Director, designated as Executive Chairperson, effective November 5, 2026. Mr. Manish Kumar Garg has been promoted from Executive Director & CEO to Managing Director & CEO, with revised remuneration, also effective November 5, 2026. The company also noted a limited review report from its statutory auditors.
