Interise Trust Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Interise Trust has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. This closure is effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with the company's 'Code of practice and procedure for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons'. The investment manager, Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, will adhere to this policy on behalf of the Trust.
