Interise Trust has successfully completed the full and timely repayment of its Commercial Papers (CPs) amounting to ₹760 crore on June 3, 2026. This repayment was made on the maturity date as per the terms of the Commercial Paper (ISIN INE790Z14034). Following this transaction, the outstanding amount related to these CPs is now nil. The disclosure complies with SEBI InvIT Regulations and LODR Regulations.
