International Conveyors Reconstitutes Stakeholders Relationship Committee

International Conveyors Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Shri Narayan Atal has been appointed as the Chairman and a member of the committee, effective September 11, 2026. The committee now comprises Shri Narayan Atal as Chairman, and Shri Udit Sethia, Ms. Jayanthi Talluri, and Shri Yogesh Kajaria as members. This reconstitution was approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution.
