International Travel House declares Q1 FY27 unaudited results

International Travel House Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results and noted the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors. The company also approved convening its 45th Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026, and fixed July 31, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to member approval at the AGM. The dividend is proposed to be paid between August 26 and September 1, 2026.
