Inventure Growth & Securities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will be closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of these financial results will be intimated in due course.
