Inventure Growth & Securities Ltd Raises ₹ 48.93 Crore in Rights Issue for Business Expansion and Technology Upgrade

Inventure Growth & Securities Ltd, a Mumbai-based financial services company, announced its annual results for the financial year 2024-2025. The company reported a 1.6% growth in revenue from operations, reaching ₹ 4,283.63 lakh. However, higher investments in technology, talent, and systems led to an increase in total expenses, resulting in a decrease in Profit After Tax to ₹ 15.11 lakh from ₹ 602.60 lakh in the previous year. The company successfully raised ₹ 48.93 crore in a rights issue in August 2024, which was used to expand arbitrage and trading operations, fund working capital for the F&O segment, scale margin trading lending capability, and upgrade technology infrastructure. The financing and lending segment grew by nearly 38%, and the merchant banking division registered exceptional growth. The company plans to focus on digital transformation, geographic expansion, product diversification, and strengthening risk management in the coming year.
