Inventurus Knowledge Solutions declares Q1 FY27 unaudited results

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on August 5, 2026. The company also announced the retirement of Mr. Berjis Desai as Non-Executive Chairman and Non-Independent Director, effective from the conclusion of the 20th Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, Mr. Clarence Carleton King II has been designated as the new Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director.
