IKS Health announced the acquisition of ARAI Solutions, an AI management and technology company, on May 13, 2026. This acquisition will accelerate IKS Health's AI transformation by integrating ARAI's knowledge layer into IKS Health's existing healthcare AI stack. The integration aims to enhance areas like autonomous coding, clinical decisions, denial prevention, prior authorization reasoning, and precision medicine.
