This strategic move positions the combined entity to become a significant player in the rural and community care technology sector, aiming to optimize the entire care journey with an intelligent healthcare operating system. The combined organization will support over 2,000 healthcare organizations and 150,000 clinicians in the U.S. IKS Health anticipates this acquisition will enable them to capture a substantial share of a $260 billion total addressable market by accelerating AI capabilities and expanding customer reach.
