Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd Makes Further Investment of USD 10,001,605 in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc.

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd has made a further investment of USD 10,001,605 in Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (IKS Inc), a wholly owned subsidiary. IKS Inc is engaged in providing a care enablement platform which comprises of technology-enabled solutions for healthcare providers. The financial details of IKS Inc for FY 2024-25 are as follows: Revenue from Operations - INR 6,941.11 Mn, Other Income - INR 55.81 Mn, Total Income - INR 6,996.92 Mn. The transaction is on an arm’s length basis and none of the Company’s promoter / promoter group / group companies have any interest in the said transaction. The acquisition is expected to be completed by October 31, 2025. IKS Inc was incorporated on September 19, 2006, and is engaged in the business of assisting U.S. based healthcare service providers deliver better, safer, and more efficient care using a combination of outsourcing and other technology.
