Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd to Invest up to USD 40 Mn in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Inc.

Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd has approved a further investment of up to USD 40 Mn in its wholly owned subsidiary, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Inc. (IKS Inc). IKS Inc is engaged in providing a care enablement platform which comprises of technology-enabled solutions for healthcare providers. The company reported a revenue from operations of INR 6,941.11 Mn in FY 2024-25. The investment is expected to be completed on or before May 31, 2026. IKS Inc was incorporated in the USA in 2006 and is engaged in assisting U.S. based healthcare service providers deliver better, safer, and more efficient care using a combination of outsourcing and technology.
