IOL Chemicals: 39th AGM on Sept 2, New Triacetin Plant Approved

IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. announced the fixing of its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 2, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from August 27, 2026, to September 2, 2026, for the AGM. The board also approved the installation of a new plant for manufacturing Triacetin with an initial capacity of 6000 MTPA and the enhancement of Pantoprazole production capacity from 240 MTPA to 276 MTPA, funded through internal accruals. Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors, were also approved.
