The AGM will be held via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company is distributing the AGM Notice and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 exclusively through electronic mode to shareholders whose email addresses are registered. For shareholders with un-registered email addresses, a letter providing a weblink to access the integrated annual report has been sent. The report and notice are also available on the websites of BSE, NSE, and CDSL. Shareholders are advised to update their email addresses with the RTA or DPs as applicable.
