Ipca Laboratories to Sell Ankleshwar Manufacturing Unit for Rs. 22.15 Crores

Ipca Laboratories Ltd. has approved the sale of its drug intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) manufacturing unit situated at Ankleshwar, Gujarat, to M/s. Suleshvari Pharma Private Ltd. for a consideration of Rs. 22.15 crores. The sale is part of the company's operational strategy to reduce the number of manufacturing units and minimize operational and other costs. The Ankleshwar unit contributed 0.74% of the company's total income in the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. The sale is expected to be completed by 31st December, 2025, subject to necessary consents.
