Ipca Laboratories to Sell Drug Intermediates Manufacturing Unit for Rs. 22.15 Crores

Ipca Laboratories Ltd. has approved the sale of its drug intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) manufacturing unit situated at GIDC Industrial Estate, Ankleshwar to M/s. Suleshvari Pharma Private Ltd. for a consideration of Rs. 22.15 crores. The sale is expected to be completed by 31st December, 2025, subject to necessary consents. The manufacturing unit contributed 0.74% of the total income of the Company in the financial year ended 31st March, 2025. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions and is not part of any scheme of arrangement.
