IRB Infra Trust Signs Share Purchase Agreement for Project SPVs

IRB Infrastructure Trust, an associate of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has executed a share purchase agreement and ancillary agreements for the transfer of 100% equity share capital of Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited (SYTL) and CG Tollway Limited (CGTL) to IRB InvIT Fund. The transaction, valued at an aggregate equity value of INR 2,744 crore, is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026. The Project SPVs contributed approximately INR 306.59 Crore (~3.5%) to the Trust's consolidated turnover in FY 2025-26 and INR 4,663 Crore (~6.7%) to its enterprise value as of March 31, 2026. Consideration will be received in cash.
