IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd Executes Project Implementation Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has executed Project Implementation / Management Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund to act as the Project Manager for the projects operated by IRB Hapur Moradabad Tollway Limited, Kaithal Tollway Limited and Kishangarh Gulabpura Tollway Limited. The agreement was executed post completion of the transfer of 100% of the equity share capital of each of the Project SPVs from the IRB Infrastructure Trust to the Public InvIT. The projects include six laning of Hapur bypass to Moradabad section, four laning of Kaithal to Rajasthan Border section of NH-152/65, and six laning of Kishangarh to Gulabpura Section of NH 79A and NH 79. The agreement does not fall under related party transactions as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
