Sudha Mhaiskar: 86,000 IRB Infra shares invoked by Anand Rathi Global Finance

Sudha Dattatray Mhaiskar, a member of the promoter group of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, has disclosed the invocation of 86,000 shares by Anand Rathi Global Finance Limited. This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following this event, the number of shares encumbered by the acquirer decreased from 1,390,000 to 1,304,000. The total holding, including shares carrying voting rights and encumbered shares, changed from 1,422,160 to 1,336,160, maintaining a 0.01% stake in the diluted capital.
