IRB Infrastructure Trust Receives LOA for TOT-17, Valued at Rs. 9,270 Crores

IRB Infrastructure Trust has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the TOT-17 Bundle. The project involves tolling and operations & maintenance for a 20-year revenue-linked concession period. The TOT-17 Bundle covers 366 km of the Lucknow- Ayodhya-Gorakhpur Corridor on NH-27 and part of Lucknow-Varanasi Corridor - NH-731. The project is expected to increase IRB's toll revenue substantially and the group's asset base to exceed Rs.90,000Crs. The market share in the TOT segment rises to 42%.
