IRB InvIT Fund to Acquire Two BOT Highway Assets for ₹4,605 Cr

IRB Infrastructure Trust, an associate of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has approved a binding term sheet to transfer two BOT highway assets, Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited (SYTL) and CG Tollway Limited (CGTL), to IRB InvIT Fund. The deal has an Enterprise Value of ₹4,605 Crores. This transaction is part of IRB's capital recycling strategy, aiming to unlock equity value of ₹2,744 Crores to fund future opportunities worth approximately ₹8,000 Crores. The transfer is expected to increase IRB's O&M order book by ₹2,400 Crores and supports the company's goal of reaching an asset base of ₹1,40,000 Crores by FY29.
