IRIS Business Services Ltd signs MoU with Government of Karnataka to support MSME Ecosystem

IRIS Business Services Limited, a global fintech company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Karnataka to support the growth of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Ecosystem in the state. The MoU was signed by IRIS CEO, S Swaminathan, and Shri Nitesh Patil, Karnataka’s Director, MSME. The collaboration is a public-private partnership where IRIS will invest in creating and delivering technology-driven solutions. The government will provide administrative and policy support and help create awareness of the initiatives. The digitisation of India has provided several data streams that can benefit MSMEs if leveraged optimally. IRIS has identified several use cases in the Datatech segment of the company.
