IRIS RegTech Solutions Ltd has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The company will submit its BRSR report (Annexure 9) as part of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Saturday, August 08, 2026, to Friday, August 14, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM.
