Ironwood Education Appointed Development Manager for Kalyan Project

Ironwood Education Ltd has been appointed as the Development Manager by M/s. Patel Group & Company for the "Patel Colossus" project in Kalyan West, Thane, Maharashtra. Ironwood will manage development services, including monitoring, marketing, construction, and sales of unsold inventory (excluding hotel blocks). The project involves constructing approximately 570,000 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, comprising commercial spaces and residential units. Ironwood will receive a Development Management Fee of 8% of the revenue generated from the sale of unsold commercial and residential inventory. The appointment aligns with Ironwood's strategy to strengthen its presence in real estate development management.
