Ishaan Infra approves Q1 FY27 unaudited standalone results; Promoter reclassified

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on July 27, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were reviewed by the company's Statutory Auditors, M/s. Prakash Tekwani & Associates. Additionally, the Board approved the reclassification of Mr. Pradip Bachubhai Shah from the 'Promoter' category to the 'Public' category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
