Ishaan Infrastructures Independent Director Resigns

Mr. Nayan Kamleshbhai Patel has resigned as an Independent Director of Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd, effective August 24, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons and other pre-occupations. Consequently, he will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
