Ishaan Infrastructures Promoter Reclassification Request

Ishaan Infrastructures and Shelters Ltd has received a request from Pradip Bachubhai Shah to re-classify his status from 'Promoter' to 'Public' category under Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Shah currently holds no shares in the company, thus the re-classification will not impact the promoter and promoter group's overall shareholding.
