iStreet Network Allots 11.66 Lakh Shares on Warrant Conversion

iStreet Network Ltd has approved the conversion of 11,66,666 warrants into an equal number of equity shares. This conversion, approved via a circular resolution by the Board of Directors on November 1, 2026, was made for cash upon receipt of the exercise price of ₹4.5 per warrant. The total amount received for this conversion is ₹52,49,996 (₹52.50 Lacs). The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. This allotment has increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹28,78,66,680 to ₹29,25,33,344.
