ITC Hotels Limited has acquired 100% of the share capital of GHK Hospitality & Infrastructures Limited ('GHK') for a cash consideration based on an enterprise value of ₹155 crores. This acquisition, effective September 1, 2026, makes GHK a wholly owned subsidiary. GHK owns the 'Welcomhotel Ahmedabad' with 130 keys. The acquisition aims to expand ITC Hotels' owned asset portfolio in Ahmedabad across all market segments, capitalizing on the city's demand. The transaction was completed on September 1, 2026, with confirmation received on the same day. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required.
