The leasehold land, which is intended for the development and operation of a distinguished premium 5-Star hotel, comes with a ground coverage of ~ 3648 square meters and a permissible FAR of ~ 26179 square meters. The lease period is ~ 91 years, with a lease premium of ₹ 326.50 crores. The hotel is expected to enhance Yashobhoomi’s stature as an international destination for conventions, conferences, exhibitions, and marquee events.
