ITC Ltd: ITC Infotech amalgamates subsidiaries Blazeclan and Cloudlytics

ITC Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ITC Infotech India Limited, has successfully completed the amalgamation of its step-down wholly-owned subsidiaries, Blazeclan Technologies Private Limited (BTPL) and Cloudlytics Technologies Private Limited (CTPL). The Scheme of Amalgamation has been sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata and Mumbai Benches, and became effective on September 1, 2026. The appointed date for the amalgamation is October 1, 2024. Consequently, BTPL and CTPL have been dissolved without winding up and are no longer subsidiaries of ITC Ltd, effective September 1, 2026.
