Cemindia Projects: High Court challenge to discharge order in bribery case

Cemindia Projects Ltd has informed the stock exchanges about a legal development concerning a bribery case. The State ACB, CIU, A.P., Vijayawada has filed Criminal Revision Cases (CRLCs) before the Andhra Pradesh High Court (APHC) challenging a discharge order dated April 13, 2026. This order had previously discharged a former employee, a former representative, and the company itself from a case alleging an attempt to bribe public servants. The company was notified of the CRLCs on August 7, 2026. The company will provide further updates on the outcome of these proceedings.
