ITD Cementation India Ltd Receives 45.40% Tender in Open Offer by Renew Exim DMCC

ICICI Securities Ltd, the Manager to the Offer, has submitted details of shares subscribed in the Open Offer by Renew Exim DMCC for ITD Cementation India Limited. As of 13:13:29 on April 7, 2025, 20,276,209 Equity Shares (45.40% of the Offer Size) have been tendered in the Open Offer Escrow Demat Account. This disclosure reflects the Equity Shares in dematerialized form tendered by the Public Shareholders. The Equity Shares tendered by the Public Shareholders are subject to validation and verification of submission of complete set of documents. The 'validly tendered' Equity Shares will be accepted in accordance with the SEBI(SAST) Regulations and the Letter of Offer dated March 18, 2025. The number of Equity Shares that will be accepted by the Acquirer may differ from the number of Equity Shares tendered.
