ITI Ltd. to Transfer Land to C-DOT for Rs. 200 Crores as Per AMRCD Order

ITI Ltd. has been informed about the order of AMRCD proceedings with the stock exchanges regarding a land dispute between ITI and C-DOT. As per the revised order, ITI is required to transfer 22.258 acres of its land situated at Electronic City, Bangalore to C-DoT through a sale deed for a consideration of Rs. 200 Crores. The company has already received an initial tranche of Rs. 100 Crores from C-Dot on February 19, 2025, as part of the executed sale agreement. The balance remaining part of the consideration is expected to be received after completion of other statutory formalities by the company.
