ITL Industries Revises Trading Window Closure

ITL Industries Ltd has issued a revised intimation regarding the closure of its trading window. The window, initially set to close from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026 (extending up to November 16, 2026), has been adjusted. This revision is due to the Board Meeting scheduled for November 5, 2026, to approve these results. Consequently, the trading window will now remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 18 hours after the declaration of the financial results. During this period, the PAN of designated persons, including promoters, directors, KMPs, and employees, will be frozen by NSDL to restrict trading in the company's equity shares.
