IVP Ltd: City Civil Court Quashes MBPT Estate Officer Order

IVP Ltd announced that the Hon'ble City Civil Court, Mumbai, vide its order dated July 24, 2026, has quashed and set aside the order previously passed by the Estate Officer of the Mumbai Port Trust (MBPT). The matter has been remanded back to the Estate Officer for fresh adjudication and disposal on merits, in accordance with the law.
