IVP Ltd Re-appoints Independent Directors at AGM

IVP Limited announced that its members, at the 97th Annual General Meeting held on August 6th, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ranjeev Lodha and Ms. Mala Todarwal as Independent Directors. Both directors have been re-appointed for a second term of five consecutive years. Mr. Lodha's term is effective from July 28, 2026, to July 27, 2031, while Ms. Todarwal's term is effective from June 11, 2026, to June 10, 2031. These re-appointments were made by passing Special Resolutions. The company has also submitted the required disclosures and director profiles to the stock exchanges.
