Iykot Hitech Shifts Registered Office to Maharashtra; Approves CFO Appointment

Iykot Hitech Toolroom Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 24, 2026, approved several key proposals. These include shifting the company's registered office from Tamil Nadu to Maharashtra, subject to member and regional director approval. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Oza as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and changed Ms. Vaishali Sharad Lad's designation to Additional Director (Whole-Time Director). Other approvals include alterations to the Memorandum of Association, an increase in authorized share capital, and the appointment of an internal auditor. Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, were also approved.
