Iykot Hitech Toolroom Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board Meeting where the results are approved. During this period, directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
