IZMO Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure for Insiders

IZMO Ltd., in accordance with its Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including directors and designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours following the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. Insiders are advised not to engage in any transactions involving the securities of the company during this closure period.
