J. Kumar Infraprojects Appoints New Chief Human Resources Officer

J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Milind Gopalrao Wani as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company. The appointment is effective from September 15, 2026. Mr. Wani brings over 25 years of extensive experience in Human Resources across various sectors including Pharma, Home Automation, Ports & Dredging, Infrastructure, Textiles, and Emergency Medical Services. He holds a Master in Labour Studies and a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
