Trading Window Closure Announced by J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd for Designated Persons

J. Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by any designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026, till the expiry of Forty-Eight (48) hours after the date of declaration of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended as on 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade or deal in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period.
