J.A. Finance Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

J.A. Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the approval of the audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
