J.A. Finance Ltd: Independent Directors Review Performance of Non-Independent Directors and Board

The Independent Directors of J.A. Finance Limited met on 24th March 2026 to discuss several key matters. They reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole. The performance of the Chairman was also assessed, taking into account the views of Executive and Non-Executive Directors. The quality, quantity, and timeliness of information flow between the Company management and the Board were also evaluated to ensure effective and reasonable performance of duties.
