J.A. Finance: Open Offer for 26% stake at ₹44.82 per share

VC Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd, acting as the Manager to the Offer, has submitted a Letter of Offer to BSE regarding an open offer for J.A. Finance Ltd. The offer is made by Mr. Sachin Ishwarchand Goyal, Mr. Numan Sachin Goyal, and Mr. Salil Vijay Sathe (collectively, the "Acquirers") to acquire up to 27,68,671 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the total paid-up equity and voting share capital. The offer price is ₹44.82 per equity share, payable in cash. This open offer is being made pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations for substantial acquisition of shares accompanied by a change in control and management. The offer is subject to prior approval from the Reserve Bank of India.
