Jagatjit Industries Ltd: Directors Re-appointed at 81st AGM

Jagatjit Industries Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the 81st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2026, approved the re-appointment of two key directors. Mr. Ravi Manchanda has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further period of two years, effective October 1, 2026. Ms. Roshini Sanah Jaiswal has been re-appointed as Executive Director for a further period of three years, effective September 15, 2026. Both re-appointments were approved as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
