Jagran Prakashan Reappoints 4 Whole-time Directors for 5 Years

Jagran Prakashan Limited announced at its 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 18, 2026, the re-appointment of four Whole-time Directors: Mr. Dhirendra Mohan Gupta, Mr. Sunil Gupta, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, and Mr. Shailesh Gupta. Each director has been re-appointed for a further period of five years, effective from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031.
