Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Ltd. to Acquire Welcast Finstocks Private Limited for Rs. 212.23/- Per Share

Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Ltd. has approved the acquisition of 100% of the total paid-up share capital of Welcast Finstocks Private Limited. The acquisition is subject to necessary regulatory approvals, including from the Reserve Bank of India. The price for each share is set at Rs. 212.23, as per the Share Purchase Agreement. Welcast Finstocks Private Limited is a Non-Banking Financial Company, registered with the Reserve Bank of India and engaged in providing financial and related services. The acquisition is expected to be completed by December 2025.
