Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Ltd. to Acquire Welcast Finstocks Private Limited for Rs. 212.23/- per share

Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Ltd. announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on 18th August, 2025. The company has approved a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Welcast Finstocks Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company, for a consideration of Rs. 212.23/- per share. The acquisition is expected to be completed by December 2025, subject to regulatory approvals including from the Reserve Bank of India. The company also noted the Registrar of Companies' approval for changing its name to 'Jagsonpal Services Limited', subject to necessary approval of the members of the company.
