Jagsonpal Pharma Appoints Anil Kumar Matai as Independent Director

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Matai as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is effective from June 25, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Matai brings over 35 years of experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, having held senior leadership roles including CEO of Novartis India and President & MD of Zydus Healthcare. He is currently the Director General of OPPI. The company affirmed that Mr. Matai is not debarred from directorship by any statutory authority and has no inter-se relationships with existing board members.
